This is done through the delivery of person-centred services for people with disability, with an emphasis on the individual’s needs, interests and preferences. To achieve this, we review all that we do, and continually seek to improve the way we provide services. A key part of this process is obtaining feedback from people who use our services and their carers.
House of Hope have a number of policies and procedures which demonstrate our commitment to the delivery of quality services, safe work practices and a safe environment across the organisation.
We aim to acknowledge your feedback within three working days. If your feedback is urgent, please let us know so we can prioritise it. We will aim to address all feedback within a 21 working day time frame. When we have completed our response, you will receive an email from us informing you of the next steps.
